Reunitable

Reunitable are a start-up with a mission to make sure you're reunited with your lost possessions. We were tasked with designing the user journey, starting and ending in the real world there was a number of interesting challenges to overcome.

Expanding their brand
Mobile website flow.

My role in the project

With a flow that starts with scanning an indestructible QR code, we designed a streamlined process whereby the finder is instantly put in touch with the grateful owner.

As a startup with no digital assets we needed to quickily build a brand and voice for our web application – one that would connect with a stranger who had just found an item.

With a basic brand and friendly tone we set about creating prototypes for the application, mapping out the flow of the user from the real world, into the digital and back into the real world again.

By scanning a QR code you are instantly connected with the owner of the item, and presented with a chat window, allowing you to share your location and arrange a place for the owner to retrieve the item.

I was involved throughout all stages of the product design and build.
